How to Unsubscribe from Email

You can unsubscribe from occasional, non-critical emails in the qdex Play app or on the qdex Manage repository. It is not possible to unsubscribe from system emails. 

In the qdex Play Application

  1. Sign-in to your account in the qdex Play application on your mobile device.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Manage Account > Manage Options.
  3. Deselect Subscribe to occasional, non-critical emails (product announcements, surveys, etc.).

On the qdex Manage Repository

  1. Sign-in to your account on the qdex Manage repository.
  2. Navigate to Profile using the account dropdown.
  3. Select Edit Account > Edit Email Preferences. 
  4. Uncheck Subscribe to occasional, non-critical emails (product announcements, surveys, etc.).

How to Delete Account

You can delete your account at any time in the qdex Play app or on the qdex Manage repository. Deleting your account is permanent. We recommend backing up or transferring your content to another user before deleting your account.

In the qdex Play Application

  1. Sign-in to your account in the qdex Play application on your mobile device.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Manage Account > Delete Account.
  3. Follow the prompts.

On the qdex Manage Repository

  1. Sign-in to your account on the qdex Manage repository.
  2. Navigate to Profile using the account dropdown.
  3. Select Edit Account > Delete Account. 
  4. Follow the prompts.
